I've used this service twice to remove two separate families of raccoons from under our manufactured home. They were recommended to us by our neighbors who used them for the same purpose.

Micheal was very professional and courteous. When removing the second family of raccoons, he set up a field cam to help determine how many raccoons we were dealing with. (The first time, we had 5!) The second time, we had 4 raccoons. He even set up two traps at a time to try to get them as quickly as possible.

Michael also showed me how to reset the trap in case we caught our neighbor's cat, which ended up being a valuable skill, because the cat couldn't resist the bait!
