Micheal was very professional and courteous. When removing the second family of raccoons, he set up a field cam to help determine how many raccoons we were dealing with. (The first time, we had 5!) The second time, we had 4 raccoons. He even set up two traps at a time to try to get them as quickly as possible.

Michael also showed me how to reset the trap in case we caught our neighbor's cat, which ended up being a valuable skill, because the cat couldn't resist the bait!“
