Such an easy and pleasant experience from beginning to end. A lot of times business doesn't go beyond the first phone call because the customer service is below standard. Jacqueline (owner) treated us with grace and kept everything simple. I wasn't surprised that their service was just as great. Thank you Jacqueline and staff!! Perry will be back again next year

I boarded my two dogs, a super-senior (age 15) and a shy rescue, at Z Pet Hotels for three nights while I was out of town. To say I was deeply anxious about boarding my super-senior is an understatement, and I had additional worries that my second dog, always nervous around strangers, would struggle. Their time at Z Pet Hotels was a total success, and I would robustly recommend Z for anybody in a similar situation. Both dogs had playtime with other dogs their size, and the staff accommodated my request to let the super-senior have time out in his boarding space if he seemed tired or low energy. Where do I begin. The owner is a true gem. She is incredibly kind and truly cares about the animals. The facility is top notch. We came into town last minute on Christmas Eve and needed accommodations for our senior dog. She happily accepted us last minute and took care of our dog. He came back happy and well taken care of. We absolutely recommend Z pet hotel and can’t wait to come back.
