Chris is awesome! His instruction was clear and his vibe was calming. All the things I look for in an instructor. He welcomed me and showed me all the equipment they had and what to choose for each class type that Yoga Six offered. It was really helpful!Fresca was working the front desk when I arrived and she was so welcoming and friendly. The studio is super clean and I LOVED the floor in the yoga room. It felt non-slip and had a nice cushion to it. The lavender towel at the end was a really nice touch. I’ll be back for sure!

My new favorite yoga studio! Recently returned to hot yoga and found Yoga Six location and platform for scheduling to be excellent so decided to give them a try. I attend the Centennial location and it’s such a beautiful space. Well maintained, the studio is lovely, and the teachers have all been kind and friendly. The community has been welcoming and supportive, too.
