I can't imagine my life without this place. I love,all the instructors. They give excellent instructions and the classes are not repetitive even though they follow the basic poses. The atmosphere is so peaceful.
Found this studio thru Classpass, I'm so grateful they put their classes on there as I probably never would of found my favorite teacher ever, Sherry. Will be coming back forever.
The host greeted me , people were socializing and it felt like a social club! Very warm.
The class was an experience ! I didn't expect to workout I wanted to vibe but I understand that working out is good for you so I took the yoga full body hiit lol. I loved that when we did relaxed it felt like heaven cause the instructor was working us ! She was very detailed & I'm a visual learner so I appreciated you can see her when she's explaining .
I appreciated the mini ceremony with sound bowls+ guided meditation .It was a good experience .
Enjoyed the lighting/ambiance very much .
