“My first time doing a colon cleanse, and I’ve never felt more welcomed and comfortable. Seashell was super kind, sweet and made me feel just at home. Her office is small but so cozy I want to hang in there all day lol she explained the whole process and ensured I was feeling ok the whole time. I had some chills and cramps which is normal and as soon as we were done it went away! I was exhausted afterwards and went to bed at 7pm my appt was at 4pm. I’ll be scheduling monthly absolutely feel amazing today. I feel light! My insides feel happy! And no more bloating! Can’t wait to go again! This is the place you want to go! My new home!“

“This is quite the health clinic. They have a lot of diagnostics, equipment, therapies, and ways to address a multitude of things to achieve peak performance and/or recovery.
I found this place via a third party vendor for some testing so I didn't take a tour and get a full idea of what they offer but from what I've seen it was a LOT.
I'd say it's definitely worth checking out. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.“

“I love being a part of Yoga Six! I’ve been going for 3 months, and really see an improvement in my health and mobility. There is something for everyone offered at all hours, I particularly love the mobility class, slow flow class, and restore class. Tuesday morning restore with the singing bowls is my favorite! There are also special events and workshops to really build a sense of community.“

He welcomed me and showed me all the equipment they had and what to choose for each class type that Yoga Six offered. “I've been coming here for a while now. The class experience varies wildly depending on which instructor you get. Yoga is very helpful when you have a desk job while you're getting older but I'd recommend it to literally everyone. The monthly unlimited price is great and most of the classes have been more on the smaller intimate size and that's ideal for me. I also tried a facial a few weeks ago and it almost put me to sleep with how relaxing it was.“

“Love this place. It's clean, customer service is A1. The flexible app is clutch. With working long hours you can't miss any classes. The schedules are non stop with unlimited access. Dakota at the front desk is a doll. My favorite part about this gym is that it's ab actual gym. There are Trx straps that are accessible, and full weight sets.“

Centennial Studio is clean, comfortable and the instructors are knowledgeable and easy to follow.
