Great gym, fantastic coaches that care long term for your progress. From strength and cardio training, MMA, JITS, Cardio Kickboxing, and a ton more at great hours and schedules. Great for kids and young adults to adults if all shapes and sizes. It’s legit, and you will be tested! Been here for 10 years plus!

Family-friendly MMA gym with a low barrier of entry & an unreachably high skill ceiling.I'm a hobbyist & fit right in. There's a lot of MMA pros here. They're friendly & don't intimidate you. This gym was recommended to me by a friend & I will admit at first I was a little nervous with it being a "pro gym" & me not being able to train takedowns due to an injury. Some gyms get mad if you do "sit down-style fighting" instead of "stand up-style fighting". Well God doesn't want that in my life right now, so they can take it up with him not me. lolLots of class diversity in both what's offered & who attends. I’ve trained at many places in the US and this is by far the best if you’re looking to sharpen your skills in all areas of martial arts. All the coaches are great, and the atmosphere doesn’t get any better. World class for sure. 10/10
