If I could give 10 stars I would. From the estimate to the installation was simple and flawless. My windows are gorgeous! The installers were professional friendly and worked hard to complete the job! They cleaned up like they were never here. Very reasonably priced and is already a noticeable difference in the house. Thank you when I can I will be buying more windows to finish the house off.
We chose Window World of Las Vegas after getting 3 other quotes. Jeff, the sales rep, impressed us with very good, transparent pricing with a low key demeanor. The measurement guy and the installers were all great. They were very careful and thorough with all the work they did. We highly recommend them!
Blake and everybody else at Window World are really really great! Outstanding customer service! Blake was super helpful even when he didn't know he was going to get my business. That great customer service continued after I placed my order and they went to bat for me with the manufacturer to correct a mistake I made. They've been very patient and understanding with me as I remodel my home. I made the mistake of using a general contractor to install my windows and they did a horrible job! I contacted one of their recommended installers Oscar and he came to the rescue and reinstalled them properly within 3days. Fantastic crew!
