Twice now I have had appointments that I have missed work for and they never called me. The first time they claimed it got reschedule but “forgot” to let me know. The second time they kept lying to me saying they called my number, but I was waiting for a phone call for 20 min before the assigned time and never got one, just say you forgot you scheduled an appointment with me. Additionally, I have emailed prescription change paperwork to the nutritionist and received no word back and haven’t seen any changes reflected. When I followed up with a phone call, I was assured it would be looked at and added, and without surprise it was not added. I followed up again and was put on hold for 30 minutes before the front desk person just hung up on me. Mind you, I have been attempting to get this prescription change for MONTHS now, and my kids have excuse for failure to thrive but they can’t be bothered to even respond to me. The customer service and attitude of almost everyone I have talked to is unprofessional and rude. Some days I dread dealing with this office because it is the biggest headache to try and get anything done through them. If you can, try and find a better clinic.

Sometimes when you go it can be in and out other times a little wait but that's expected with any place you go!! Wonderful ladies and everyone is so caring, they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable during your appointment also with breast feeding. The women at the front desk are hilarious!! I couldn't imagine going somewhere else and getting the extraordinary help that I get here.

I set an appointment with them and when I arrived they said I didn't have an appointment and questioned me endlessly about when I made the call and if I was sure if it was the correct location and which number I called.I said several times that I called the SUNRISE foundation and she still insisted on asking me more questions as if I was lying! She was extremely condescending and spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I do a great job at keeping and maintaining my appointment schedules both in and out of work. I have never been treated with such idiocracy from any WIC location. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location because this one will surely waste your time
