We had been using another vet but they had become difficult to book. We took in our dogs for teeth cleaning and their annual check up and was very pleased with their services. They are easy to book, friendly and caring to work with, and did quality work in a clean professional office. I give them my recommendation!
The front desk staff typically look like they don't want to Be there. Not all but most. However the doctors are great. Specifically shout out to Dr. Kempf. He's awesome and knows what's up. They do great work.
The service is exceptional! My mom is elderly and she takes her dogs here. I usually take her and the dogs for their visits. The care Dr. Owens and Dr. Jones have shown my mom has exceeded all my expectations. Mom had to put down her dog Cora. It was truly heartbreaking The entire staff consoled my mom, it made me cry. Dr. Owens sat with my mom and held her hand when she decided to put her down. He was so compassionate and truly caring. Thank you for caring during our time of loss. We will forever be grateful and take our dogs to West Charleston.
