I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Charles.

From the very beginning, Charles was professional, honest, and never once pushy. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my home, take pictures, and explain what he found. He made recommendations but was very clear that I was under no obligation to use his services or follow any of his suggestions. Instead of pressuring me into a sale, he simply provided a quote and encouraged me to speak with anyone else I wanted before making a decision.

Excellent service! Needed Pigeon exclusion. The Technition was friendly, knowledable, and straight foward regarding the services needed. There are professionals and then there are artist in every line of work and Charles is both of those when it comes to birds! I know I got the best solutions for my Pigeon problems at a great price. I kind of feel sorry for my neighbors now. They are going to inherit my Pigeons. It's ok I'll give them WB's business card and they can decide for themselves!
