There are much better options in Vegas at less cost. To start, the cost of their massages is much higher than at most other hotel spas on the strip. As a guest of the WA, I was offered a lower rate which was in line with what I paid for the Mandalay Bay spa earlier this year. I found the facilities to be nice but on par with what I experienced at Luxor spa and Mandalay Bay. The front desk attendant seemed annoyed at my presence and the locker room attendant was awkward and not helpful. As for the massage, make sure you tell them and the front desk specifically that you will not accept any upsells. I can understand upsells for special oils but my masseuse Samantha upgraded my massage because I told her I generally like a firm massage and have pain in my shoulder. Not only did my massage type get upsold without my knowledge but I also lost the special pricing that I received as a hotel guest. Samantha provided an above average relaxation massage but a very poor deep tissue massage which is what she claimed she provided. When I asked about the pricing at the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do since I already supposedly received the deep tissue massage. When I asked why I lost the hotel guest pricing, I was told the deep tissue massage does not have any discount for hotel guests. Absolutely ridiculous. I will probably stay at the WA again but will take an Uber to one of the many better options nearby.

My favorite hotel to stay while in Vegas, because there is no casino. Absolutely fantastic spa, it’s not crowded and the are plenty of amenities to enjoy. Had absolutely best massage with Bianca. She is attentive, professional and made me very comfortable. Totally recommend Bianca as massage therapist

I’ve returned to the Waldorf Las Vegas Spa for the second year in a row, and it continues to be nothing short of outstanding. The massages are absolutely the best, the staff is incredibly attentive and professional, and the facilities are top-notch. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Amazing Vitality Experience with Daniel. Started with a foot scrub where we discussed how he could customize the experience to best match my needs. It was truly incredible and worth every penny. The massage table is adjustable in ways I’ve never seen elsewhere (e.g. the shoulder areas drop away on command so you get work in that area like never before). Be sure to take advantage of the many spa amenities. The spa has changed little since it was Mandarine Oriental which is a good thing. Don’t forget to tip a bit above the 20% service charge as it is shared between staff and doesn’t all go to your therapist. This spa gets my highest recommendation.

I had tea and pastries with family at the Peacock Alley. We had a wonderful time. Very nice and quaint, upscale and professional. The venue has an extremely great view of the Las Vegas strip. Just overall a fantastic and memorable experience. 10/10

Best Spa and fitness classes in Vegas! Worth every penny! The amenities are clean and fantastic. You can use them for free if you get a treatment or for $100. Even if you’re not a guest, you can buy a spa pass and use the amenities.
The women’s and men’s amenities include a vitality pool, which is like a big hot tub but very clean and relaxing. There’s also a steam room, a sauna-like room that’s not as hot, different shower experiences, stone-heated loungers overlooking the city, and a few relaxation/Zen lounge rooms packed with waters, teas, and healthy snacks.
The massage treatments are fantastic! You can do couples treatments, but the amenities are not co-ed. The men’s locker room has the same amenities, which is fine for me because I’m relaxing anyway.
What makes this experience extraordinary is the spa attendant in the women’s locker room. She needs a promotion seriously! Without her, the spa has a different feel. I’ve been here several times, and she’s the glue that keeps this spa running and makes this experience what it is. She has that old-school work ethic and takes pride in her job.!
