We stayed here this week and we had such a great experience. From the minute we walked in Julian took the best care of us. After chatting with him for a few minutes he learned my husband and I were in town for a very special occasion and he went above and beyond to make sure the stay exceeded our expectations. It was going to be a great trip before this, but he made sure it was one we would never forget! Thank you so much Julian! We will be back!

This was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed during hundreds of business and family trips. Everything was well designed and worked, from the layered automatic window shades to the large bathroom. Despite being downtown, my room was quiet.
I was in Vegas for a funeral rather than entertainment, so I particularly appreciated the extra courtesies extended to me (e.g. to rest in the 23rd floor lounge without pressure to order anything).
