10 out of 10 highly recommend!!! I visited yesterday, on 8/1 only on a day pass. I wanted to relax a refresh after a long flight, lots of walking and after attending a very enthused concert. The staff gives top tier customer service I wish I remembered their names so I could at least shout them out on here. I didn’t feel rushed at all, they were very warm friendly and polite. I was in the hot tub all by myself for at least 30min, after 5 min in the steam room I feel asleep on the lounge chair and no one bothered me. Went for the mini escape this morning. 25 minute massage, 25 minute facial. $199. Was so relaxing. Got use of the facility for the remainder of the day. Steam room. Sauna. Jacuzzi. Tea. Coffee. Flavoured water. Bottles water. Trail mix. The scents used in the products for the facial were so good.
My girlfriend booked us a couples massage today. Kate and Andrew our massage therapists were both amazing. Great experience! It’s also Mimosa Monday so we both got a complimentary drink. We loved the whole experience. Thank you!
