In SF, there is a restaurant that specializes in giving you the rudest customer experience, people go there just be insulted, it's quite entertaining. This would be the Spa version of that, except it's not entertaining. They certainly don't depend on repeat business. Also, don't sign any agreements/contracts for service, the owner is very litigious.

please read all reviews before considering this place go to pretty kitty instead they're kind and reasonable price "vjazzy wellness " takes no accountability/responsibility for their rude/unprofessional/fraudulant services, they even further bash and disrespect customers by replying negatively on ppls experience/ reviews. they chose to retaliate sarcastically patronize customers reviews by their comments. customers reviews appear to be truthful since the owner is putting more effort in denying customer was ever there and blames customer for service. go to pretty kitty, they have several locations around vegas.

If I could give them zero I would. Me and 2 friends went none of us got any results. The owner is very rude when she answers her reviews and has lots of excuses. Listen to the reviews this place is a total scam

Ripoff! Don't go here!!!! Waste of money! Very Rude lady at front desk, and also pushy. She tries to guilt trip you into purchasing more. NOT A WELLNESS CLINIC

I have to say that I have seen a nice difference in my stubborn belly fat since getting treatments. Nikki is very good with her clients and does a wonderful job. She is also very professional. The staff there is also so friendly and helpful.

After seeing them on tv I wanted more info. The girl couldn't find her picture of how it works and went straight to before and after pics. I said I'd try one service, and was asked to sign a consent form. While waiting I read the reviews. The tech came to get me and I said I read the reviews and was going to look at more options, and un clipped my papers to take them. I thought the tech was going to tackle me or call the police while saying "don't take those, those forms are ours." My info? I took the forms. READ REVIEWS!

NEVER would I recommend this place to anyone. NO results AT All! They claim that after care is key and accused me of going to Popeyes and donut shops after they scared my stomach. I can just say "save your money". I'm still scared, I've got the pictures to prove it. Just SAD.

My aunt paid for a $1000 non-surgical facelift package and got NO results at all. She called after 3mo and asked why there was no change and was told to wait 6mo. After making another appointment and going back in she was asked questions about how it felt when the laser was on her (which quite frankly should have been asked DURING THE TREATMENT, AND when she called 3 mo later) and her replies prompted an "ok, we have to do it all over then" response. When my aunt asked if there was a refund possible instead of having to potentially wait a YEAR for results to happen she was told the was threatening the lady and kicked out of the shop. Buyer beware - just save the money and go to a real plastic surgery place. What a waste of $1000. If the proprietor was honest the consultation should have been honest and straightforward about the results possible from this procedure but instead she just saw $$$. #shadyAF #buyerbeware #saveyourtimeandmoney #fakenews

Do not bother with this "wellness" spa. I went in previously with a friend of mine...then I decided I wanted to do a consultation....the owner, Vicki is her name i think...didnt have a clue what she was doing. And there is a "new" manager who is just as rude & was on her phone. They have no compassion for their clients, the owner just wants money. I left with my money in hand...taking my business to a better establishment. One that actually looks like a spa & not an outdated library with rude & uneducated people at the front. Additional: After reading reviews it seems the owner doesnt even want to have her own name associated with her own company, she has here she is Vanessa, then on another platform she is Niki...her real name is Vicky. Its all public record if you do your research, like I did so I can give an informed review.
