The whole team was very accommodating and kind to me and my baby. My son is 1 and very curious about everything. They acknowledged him and spoke to him and included him in the experience of my eye exam. I was very very impressed from the moment we walked in to the second we left. Thank you all so much.
Scott was amazing. He really helped me look for glasses and gave great opinions on shape and size. He's super delightful. I live on the other side of town and I will travel every time just to be able to get his assistance. He is an asset and is truly patient and amazing. A rare jewel!!!!
VisionWorks at Monterey Plaza, Las Vegas (Liz) was exceptional and a credit to the Vision World. However, the VisionWorks location at 5195. Ft. Apache Road, Las Vegas, has a Manager that refuses to look up Vision Insurance Plans which ends up giving the customer inflated prices for glasses. This same Manager has done this two years in a row; I caught her both times.
