Their cleaning is impeccable and the customer service provided by Marcia is wonderful as are Cayo and Mauricio. I had surgery on Tuesday and asked them to please skip my room this week. They removed the cost for my room which I know they don’t have to do that was so appreciative . I noticed and will forever remember the kindness I was shown by VIP!

This is the first time that I have been satisfied with cleaning services in the United States since I am really picky. I know that Brazilians are the best at cleaning, that's why I looked for this company. They washed the windows and the carpet. Alexandre, Jorge and Miguel are excellent professionals, punctual, respectful and very careful.
