Pretty good experience. You need to make sure you get a reservation and the phone answering is not... All you'd want it to be. At least on weekday mornings/early afternoons they seem to run behind. But once you get in and are seen to - pretty positive experience. I'm sorry I don't remember the stylists name, it was a couple weeks ago, but she was friendly and attentive.

Samira gave me one of the best hair cuts I have ever had . She is kind understanding of what you want . Professional , I am so happy I found her . Color and cut perfect ! Thank you Samira ....

Had to wait 40 minutes despite making an appointment. And I really didn't like how my hairstylist cut my hair... My hair was a bit lower than my shoulders. I only asked for a SMALL trim and layers and clearly indicated it should be up to my shoulders, but she cut more than 3 inches off and gave me a bob (a bit higher than my chin). Now I wouldn't really mind under normal circumstances, but I'm leaving for vacation in a couple weeks and it won't grow back in time; it's too damn short to curl. And I didn't like how the layers I asked for ended up looking, barely even looks like layers. I look like a guy now T_T Another thing (which could be largely my fault in my inexperience...read full review
