When I wrote the 1 star review for Vegas Flooring Direct, I did not expect anything to come out of it. Shortly after I posted it, the owner of the company contacted me directly, sincerely requesting more information about all the troubles I had. He took the time to listen to the issues, acknowledged that there were places his company could have improved, and truly wanted to make the situation right. We discussed the issues and came to a mutual agreeable solution that we both felt was very fair. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful floors! It can be a pretty overwhelming process looking at so many similar shades of flooring, but we found the perfect one with the help of their team. Installation was done quickly, professionally, and with no issues. We have been recommending Vegas Flooring Direct to all our friends. Thanks again!

After getting quotes from 5 different flooring companies in the Las Vegas valley I chose Vegas Flooring Direct to replace the spec tile and carpet in my new build home.
