I went to the Urgent Care at Southwest Medical, and there's a security guard named Donta. He's diligent, responsible, and incredibly patient. While maintaining order, he patiently assists patients by pushing wheelchairs. He's truly a good person!

About three weeks ago, towards the end of April, I visited your clinic at 888 S. Rancho Blvd in Las Vegas. I had a high fever and a terribly upset stomach that day. When I arrived, I was called to the front desk by a gentleman named Edward. I was unaware that my insurance from back home wouldn't be accepted, and I was worried about the cost. Edward went above and beyond to help me. He called other urgent care clinics in the area to find out their prices since the cost at your location was more than I could afford. The staff who did my CT scan are amazing. I had to come in a 2nd time cause they couldnt get an iv started. Their staff is very compassionate and accommodating. They knew exactly how to adjust to my needs. Unfortunately the only name I remember is Trevor and he didn't do anything. Ha To the rest of you, thank you.
