Won't ever in life come back to this location from the front desk staff making smart remarks as you walk in the facility not knowing where to go they don't care to help you or speak to you without you approach them first. instead of welcoming people and helping them check in they let you just walk thought the facility and figure it out for yourself to find where to go then where it tops off you hire a doctor (supposedly) who is unprofessional and was not a bit of help at all LITERALLY just walked in the room with us and started talking about his experience with the same type of abdominal pain and how he wanted to off himself from life due to the pain.... You think that's something we want to hear or are we here for a solution to my mothers abdominal pain not here to listens to story's whole visit was a joke just for the doc to say its food poisoning and they couldn't do anything about it ... went to a real hospital Mountain View hospital where they actually performed test and found the cause to be much more serious than food poisoning that required surgery if we would have had a better doctor at the UMC to actually find or figure out what's causing the pain instead of smiling and telling story's very unprofessional visit I expected better from a urgent care they're wasnt any care in the world for my mother at this location we don't cause a fuss wasn't disrespectful to nobody we just expected better. Think twice before your next visit

I called to find out how much a tb test would coat me out of pocket and I couldn't get a straight answer besides the minimum and minimum per visit. Horrible call representatives

Had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Tran. I had asked him about concerns regarding a cat bite and rabies transmission, he practically did not answer the question and said it's "too late" to even bother although it had only been a week. I had to go to the emergency room for 300 dollars too just get another doctor to explain. Everything I had asked him he dismissed. I would definitely not recommend going here if he is the doctor.

I went to the Urgent Care at Southwest Medical, and there's a security guard named Donta. He's diligent, responsible, and incredibly patient. While maintaining order, he patiently assists patients by pushing wheelchairs. He's truly a good person!

About three weeks ago, towards the end of April, I visited your clinic at 888 S. Rancho Blvd in Las Vegas. I had a high fever and a terribly upset stomach that day. When I arrived, I was called to the front desk by a gentleman named Edward. I was unaware that my insurance from back home wouldn't be accepted, and I was worried about the cost. Edward went above and beyond to help me. He called other urgent care clinics in the area to find out their prices since the cost at your location was more than I could afford. He even assisted me in calling a taxi since I wasn't driving while in town. I just wanted to express how impressed and grateful I am for Edward's kindness and dedication. Thank you, Edward, and thank you to the clinic for having such caring staff.

The staff who did my CT scan are amazing. I had to come in a 2nd time cause they couldnt get an iv started. Their staff is very compassionate and accommodating. They knew exactly how to adjust to my needs. Unfortunately the only name I remember is Trevor and he didn't do anything. Ha To the rest of you, thank you.

I went in yesterday to follow up on a sudden onset of pain and a mass. The assistant that took my vitals, Zoila, was very kind and PA Bautista was amazing and helped to get me set up with a specialist regarding my particular issue. Truly, all of the staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional, including reception and security. Great facility and wait time was minimal. Thank you!
