About UNLV Health Ear Nose & Throat Clinic
The UNLV Health Ear Nose & Throat Clinic has a team of professional staff. The front desk personal have big smiles and provide customer service beyond 5 stars. Dr. Ching and Dr. Loyd are amazing and the best. They are professional, patient, and listen to concerns. The receptionist and assistants are super helpful and communicative. The clinic has kind and caring staff, including nurses and medical residents. They take the time to listen and show genuine care about medical history and concerns. Some staff members, like Desiree, are fantastic with patients, especially children, and take their time explaining things. However, it can be difficult to get ahold of the office and schedule an appointment. Overall, the clinic provides great experiences for patients. The staff, including Alex and Stephanie, are friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments.
I sat waitng to see the doctor for a long time each time I went and each time was a waste of my time
See the doctor for 5 seconds and hes out ..so I'm now looking for a different ear throat doctor
I’ve been a patient here for the past five years. Recently called for an appointment because I had an ear infection and was told all of the doctors and residents were booked until December because one of the practitioners was no longer with the practice and my doctor had assumed all of the other doctors patients. Ridiculous. If you can’t make time for your current patients then you shouldn’t be assuming all of the patients left in flux by another doctor leaving the practice. Unacceptable. Find somewhere else to be seen … this practice’s loyalty to its current patients leaves A LOT to be desired.
