My mother was insured through UnitedHealthcare during a critical period of her medical care, and my experience raises serious concerns about access to care, delays in authorization, and lack of meaningful support when it mattered most.

Throughout her care, there were repeated delays in obtaining approvals for necessary referrals and specialist evaluations. These delays created barriers to timely care and contributed to a fragmented and prolonged process during a medically critical time.

Called me 22 times in one day refuses to remove my number out of their phone after repeated request hangs up in my face after I request for it to be taken off and then call me right back from another Robo number from a different state. Do not trust these people they’re stealing your information and selling it.

Generally it’s a good health insurance . They use optum care here in Las Vegas which is subpar this year . They do not have enough primary doctors to choose from . Out of 20 online offering “ we accept new patients “ only two do . I saw one this year who informed me that despite offering new patience acceptance only two do . I wasted a month with seeing that on after waiting only to have to wait till May to see another one . In the meantime all the tests I did for a referral to a specialist have to be redone . Totally unacceptable .
