I had the best experience with April. She knew exactly what I wanted as soon as I said it and gave me the best cut and style I've had in over a decade. Better than others I've tried that were 2-3x more expensive. Super grateful for her company and expertise.

Customer service here is great! I originally went in to get something to help with the bags under my eyes. The first product I found, the tester smelled like super glue, there's no way something that strong could be near my eyes! I asked for assistance in finding another brand and the gal took me right to it. Then I had a question about some hair products, she couldn't help me but introduced me to a lady at the salon that was knowledgeable and also very happy to help me.
