The store was clean but low on stock—honestly, Savannah is the reason for my 5-star rating! She is incredibly knowledgeable about undertones and helped me find the perfect foundation match between Estée Lauder and Benefit. She also suggested a Juvia’s Place blush and bronzer combo that looks stunning. Savannah really went the extra mile to make sure I left happy. She’s so talented—don’t let her hard work go unnoticed!

I've become less and less of a fan. Used to feel welcoming but now it's difficult to get help and the help I did receive was not good at all. They had zero clue on their products and couldn't answer even simple questions.

First time I was ever underwhelmed with customer service, no one spoke I wandered around aimlessly looking for support and everyone was busy even being told they’d be over soon… to never come. Product to clean and wash off the tester product weren’t available, I had to wait until I got in the car. I’m disappointed but I will spend my money elsewhere; where the same product can be found. Overall store was clean and well stocked.
