I went in for a pain in my left shoulder when waking up in the morning. Got off to kind of a rocky start when they made my appointment for the wrong office and I had to go home and come back another day. But the staff at Flamingo treated me so well I decided to give them 5 stars anyway.
I met with Steve, who tested and stretched my arm to see how much mobility I had. I assume he set up the exercises that I would do, but I worked with him, Maria, Alex, and Cat. (I noticed from other reviews that all the patients knew everyone's name.) Every one was friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional, and knew my name.
Had a small stint here to deal with some pain in my left wrist. Steve was extremely helpful and informative in the initial stages and after almost two months my wrist was back to normal.
They were also very accommodating if I couldn't make some sessions and had to reschedule and also provided alternative exercises to not aggravate the wrist while I was doing my normal gym routine.
Shoutout to Steve and Maria and Cat for helping me throughout the time and being very nice.

Very nice and attentive, from the front desk to the therapist ?, Very caring and they actually listen to you. I'm very positive about this place and the people providing my care and therapy.
