For my birthday my son placed his order through a florist in CT for delivery here. It is a beautiful arrangement with roses and lilies so fresh and fragrant and delivered with care by a courteous young man.

I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day. I don't live in Las Vegas so after extensive research, I went with Tiger Lily. After purchasing, all I received was one email. I never heard anything after that. Usually, when you buy something to be delivered, you have a time slot, or know when it's out for delivery, etc. I knew absolutely nothing. In my order directions, I said, leave it at the door if she doesn't answer. There was no notes on the order form that stated they can't do that due to the weather (which I would have understood). So, when they finally made it to my mom's house at 4pm, she didn't hear the door and they took the arrangement with them. I literally waited all day not knowing when they would even arrive, there was no communication at all. It overall was not a good experience. I called Tiger Lily very irritated and they said there was nothing they could do but try again the next day, but again, not knowing what time it would be delivered. Why would I agree to that? It's not like people are just sitting at home all day long, everyday. So I requested to cancel and refund. They told me I'd be receiving an email and a refund within 7 days. It is now 11 days later and again, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I called 3 days ago and they told me they would expedite it to the owner. Here I am, still waiting for my refund. This has quite literally been the worst experience I've ever had with any delivery service, let alone floral. Extremely disappointed.

Tiger Lily Flowers & Gifts absolutely crushed it at the wedding we attended. They had a full flower stand set up, and everything—from the arrangements to the presentation—was next level. You could tell how much attention to detail and creativity went into every piece.
The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly matched the vibe of the event. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how unique and beautiful everything looked.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is warranted.
We purchased our wedding bouquet from Tiger Lily in Las Vegas for one of the most important days of our lives, and what we received was honestly disappointing. The arrangement looked tired, loosely put together, and far from what you’d expect for a wedding. Several blooms appeared wilted or not fully opened, and the overall design lacked the fullness and attention to detail you’d expect from a professional florist.
On a day where every detail matters, this felt rushed and careless—more like a last-minute grocery store bouquet than something crafted for a wedding.
For the price and the occasion, this missed the mark completely. I would strongly recommend future customers double-check their order or consider other options for such an important event.

I am beyond disappointed with this flower shop and the complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service.
I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a dear friend who had just experienced a loss, already a sensitive and emotional situation, and what followed only made things worse. The delivery driver refused to deliver the flowers simply because the gate entry system required “too much information.” We clearly explained that if he contacted customer service at the gate, he would be granted access. Instead, he chose to not even try and just refused delivery.
We immediately contacted the shop, and they assured us they spoke with the driver and that the flowers would still be delivered. We waited over two hours with no updates. When WE finally called back to confirm delivery, we were shocked to find out the flowers had been returned to the shop, without any communication to us whatsoever. Had we not followed up, we would have been completely left in the dark.
To make matters worse, we paid an overpriced amount for what was already a mediocre bouquet and didn’t even get the delivery service we paid for. When we asked if they could at least deliver to an alternative location so we could personally bring the flowers to our grieving friend, we were told they had no drivers available for the rest of the day.
At that point, we had no choice but to request a refund.
This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience during a time that required compassion and reliability. I will never use this shop again and do not recommend them to anyone.
