We've been using Tidy Cleaners for years, and we have been happy with the wonderful service. We've never had any problems. The owner is very sweet, and she always strives to make her customers happy. It's also nice to do business where you're greeted with a smile and they are personable with you.

I rarely need to make alterations, but my daughter's dress was way too long. Her dress had 4 layers and it needed to be shortened. So my daughter took her dress to this place a week before she needed it. It would be ready the following week (a day before the event). Also, payment is upfront. On pickup day, I picked up the dress, took it home, and my daughter put on the dress... it was still too long in the front! We had to go back before closing to drop off the dress again. When we went back and told them about their mistake, they were quick to correct the problem. I've gone here for dry cleaning and alterations probably over 100 times over the years. They always get it right. If I end up at another place due to travelling for work, its like 50/50 at best that there's going to be an issue. Its good to know there's a reliable dry cleaner at home that I can count on.
