I called TheSpa2U and had Mina as my massage therapist, and she was great. As a former college athlete I like to workout and stay fit and She listened to what I needed after a very long day of golf, she was able to get my sore and tight muscles to relax, ending the aches and working out the kinks. She is observant, attentive, and skilled with her massage. Followed all the covid protocols and came to my room promptly massage table in tow. I highly recommend her for performance recovery or other sports massage needs.

Mina is the best physio I've had, and I've had a few! She is easy-going, very knowledgeble, proactive in the way that she works with me and provides a lot of value for how to manage my body outside of the theraphy sessions. Can’t say enough about my experience working with Mina… The word my wife and I use is magical. I ruptured my Achilles tendon and I’m now almost 4 months out walking and going back to normal activity… I would not be where I am if not for the consistent treatment with her.
