Incredible experience. Huge thanks to Sergio and Alesandro for the warm welcome and to Christell for managing such a tranquil, professional environment. Best spa day I’ve had in a long time!

Currently staying here. Music noise from the resort is so ridiculously loud you can hear it in the halls, in the room. Front desk said nothing they can do so I’m stuck here to deal with the ungodly noise. And it doesn’t even sound good it sounds like a shitbox car with a sound system all you hear is bad bass and rattling.

I was grateful for a chance to book a last-minute spa experience, and had a great time relaxing here. The next time I stay at the Virgin, I’ll probably come back to the spa as well. The staff is attentive but out of the way, the refreshments are nice, and the amenities are relaxing with a fun twist. Even the showers and vanities are stocked and clean. The whole place was clean and smelled fine, which is sadly not the status quo at spas anymore. The only thing that kept me from leaving five stars was that it could use a bit of updating. The ladies jacuzzi and sauna felt a little stuck in time a few decades ago; not necessarily in a cleanliness way, but more of a tile quality, lighting, and electronics way. The main (co-ed) pool was gorgeous and definitely provided that fun, unique spa experience. If you’re staying at the virgin and looking to get to a spa, you’ll be pretty happy with the one at the Virgin.

Very concerned and super disappointed Booked a trip to Las Vegas only to arrive at the hotel and find a Union Strike! Never notified of this and was told by Management this has been going on for over 3 weeks and they don't have any information and cannot do anything! Would not reduce our booking fee to the 50 percent service that is being provided! Only offered $100 dollar credit to the account for a 15 day stay Before I present this to Social Media I wanted to give Hilton the opportunity to speak with us and discuss providing a new property and honor our reservation at their expense

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Doug provided a great massage and Cia preformed a wonderful facial. My girlfriend and I were looking for a relaxing retreat and the spa experience here was exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend.

Really enjoyed taking the yoga class this morning with Alexis. I am 31 weeks pregnant and was feeling the tension in my body from walking with my family on the strip last night. Took the class this morning and feeling amazing physically as well as mentally. I enjoyed the messaging in her class about starting over again today. Glad I made the time to take the class.

The Virgin Hotel Spa offers a tranquil oasis amid the vibrant energy of Las Vegas, exuding an atmosphere of effortless elegance and serenity that instantly sets one at ease. From the moment I stepped through its doors, I was enveloped in a sense of calm, as though the very air itself had been curated to soothe and restore. The ambiance is both intimate and gracious, with an understated luxury that invites quiet reflection and complete relaxation.

The spa’s aesthetic is minimalist yet refined, with a careful balance between modern design and timeless tranquility. Every corner is immaculately maintained, with meticulous attention to cleanliness that speaks to the spa’s commitment to providing an experience that is as pristine as it is indulgent. It is a place where the outside world feels miles away, and the cares of the day seem to melt into the carefully crafted ambiance. The snafu I ran into was the other guest in the Co-ed area speaking very loudly and making phone calls, as if they had taken over the spa and claimed it as their own, which was upsetting.

However, despite its many virtues, there are areas where the Virgin Hotel Spa falls slightly short of its potential as one of the elite wellness destinations in the world. While the overall experience is undeniably luxurious, the lack of certain thoughtful amenities stands in stark contrast to what one might expect from a spa of this caliber. Basic necessities like toothbrushes, and other personal grooming items were notably absent, which detracted from the overall feeling of being completely catered to.

The refreshments, too, left something to be desired. While water was readily available, the only snack offered was a modest granola bar, which felt rather underwhelming when compared to the more robust selections at other high-end spas. Additionally, while the co-ed relaxation area was beautifully designed, it lacked that extra touch of grandeur that would elevate the space to a truly world-class level. The tea service, while appreciated, was not self-serve—a small detail, but one that added a layer of inconvenience to an otherwise seamless experience. Having to request tea in such a setting felt out of place.

Nevertheless, the intimacy of the spa creates a sanctuary where one can retreat from the world and simply be. The treatment rooms are havens of calm, with skilled therapists who are as intuitive as they are knowledgeable, ensuring that each massage or service is tailored to individual needs. The spa’s ability to transport one to a place of deep relaxation is undeniable, and for that reason alone, it remains a standout in a city where luxury is abundant.

In conclusion, the Virgin Hotel Spa offers an experience that is elegant, calming, and refreshingly intimate, but it falls short of achieving perfection due to the absence of certain thoughtful amenities and small details that would otherwise make it truly exceptional. For these reasons, I bestow upon it a four-star rating—highly commendable, but with room for refinement that would elevate it into the realm of the truly elite.
