One of the best places to stay at. The rooms are clean and maintained really well. The location is perfect as it has a monorail station. It is very well connected to all the important places around. The hotel is next to New York and is always lively. The food options could be better though.
Loved our stay! The sink fell out of the counter the first night, but they fixed it immediately ? unfortunately we didn't realize until the last day that our AC wasn't working, though. The only thing I was upset about was the humming of the mini fridge. I have ASD and am super sensitive to noise, so it was hard to sleep. I asked if they could remove it or unplug it, and they didn't.
Location good but the 113 dollar upgrade that wasn't clean and didn't have a view like they said plues the online check in isn't bad but don't pay for parking throw it twice now we have and yet when we leave we have to pay yet again to get out all thoe we paid.the $18 dollars throw them
