Everything!!!! Once you stay here, you expect the same experience everywhere. The online app checkin is super easy and the do it yourself stand to print hotel keys were easy to use and the staff was great and they made sure non hotel guests had keys to use the hotel elevators (they were very respectful when asking for keys) I felt safe here.

I was half and half on stating anything but I was disappointed in my stay. The charges were somewhat random. You can't use the fridge unless you pay $35 a night. Which sucked bc I take medicine and had to keep it cold in my yeti cup with ice. the hotel smelled like smoke which I guess was normal but I didn't know it was openly smoking like that there (none of the other casinos I visited smelled that much of smoke if any at all) and was overpowering but most of all the hotel room issue was my most concern. Our room was flooded and I am not sure if they would have known if I hadn't called down to the front desk. I noticed the running water around 6:30 Sunday morning when I was getting ready for breakfast and when I returned the water was still running from up above. By this time It was close to 11am and I grew concern that someone may be hurt in the upstairs room or drunk and passed out or something. I begin to hear dripping in the hall of our room and then it continued to get worse eventually in the closet where my clothes and shoes were and as soon as you opened the front door, it looked like it was raining. I informed them and they said we can either stay or go to another room and I would be comped two nights however I don't see that I was either. The new room, the toilet clogged twice as well as the shower drain took a long time to go down. Overall, my first experience in Vegas was an ok one but was more down about the hotel and the room stay. The food court food is amazing btw as well as Nellie's and the avenue cafe for breakfast!!!

I love a good walk. I'm an energetic kind of person who likes exploring and seeing things. And if you like to walk too, then the MGM Grand is just the place. From the start, I walked four minutes from the lobby to my hoi polloi tower, then another five minutes from the elevator to my room. At first, I thought I was coming to the end of the hallway, only to discover another hallway, an expansion that brought to mind Barton Fink or the Shining. The next morning, I thought I'd get in a workout. This entailed walking 15 minutes to the entrance, only to find two moving walkways and then a few turns through the fancier towers for another 5 minutes. I then ended up at one of the worst workout rooms for a hotel this large, one that seemed like two hotel rooms crammed into one, and where the limited workout equipment was taken. On my way from my room again to my conference, I traveled another 20 minutes, which made me wonder how people with disabilities (or just mobility problems in general) get to this conference center. By 11am, I had gotten in 4 miles. My room was fine: the bed was comfortable and my room was clean, but the wifi kept going out and the TV would have to loop because it had lost the signal. The faucet in my room kept dripping, and I dunno, man. This place is just too big to offer the kinds of services you'd expect for the price, and if you have a conference, maybe you should rent, I don't know, a Zip Car, lol.
