My favorite local spa. I've booked multiple services and have never been disappointed; body scrubs, oil scalp treatment, hydrafacials, and body massages. Check-in is easy and the attendant walks you to the locker room. Don't forget your locker or combo. The spa is extremely clean and organized, with complimentary snacks and water. I usually like to enjoy the lounge area after my service. Indoor seating and first come first serve cabana seating. Felicia is amazing, but I've never had a bad experience with any of the masseuses. Tip: I would book services one month to 2 weeks in advance. They book fairly quickly especially during holidays / long weekends. Enjoy!
About a month or so ago, I was thinking of making a visit to the Red Rock Spa as a treat for myself. According to their website at that time, they did offer a day pass for $50. Perfect! Life happened and I finally had a chance to go yesterday. Well, it is my fault for not checking, but I found out yesterday that the price for a day pass has literally doubled in that time! Wow. For a company that is really enthusiastic about trotting out that "We love locals" marketing campaign, they aren't too keen on actually backing that up with actions. I didn't go on a weekend. I went early afternoon on a Tuesday (yesterday, in fact). Having already done my research, I have read that, while the facilities are nice, they are a bit small. I just don't see paying literally double for what will amount to an hour or two using a sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. I will say this though: When I decide to get another treatment (CBD massages are the best!), I will go back to The M Resort. They actually offer a reasonable rate for a day pass. 1 star.
Booked a dermabrasion; she upsold me to a hydro facial (fine), but not all services get the locals' discount, so after the fact I paid 30% more than I'd planned on. Facilities and services are nice; if you're a local be careful though (they don't list the exceptions anywhere).
