Alejandro did the repair and was responsive through the process though there was some miscommunication as to when he would come out to complete the repair. Turns out he was overbooked and the dispatcher did not communicate that to us until we called to check status. Better communication with the customer going forward would be great. Other than that, I'm happy with the repair.
Javier was very professional, polite and respectful. He did a good job and gave me advise on how to take care of the new water heater to last for a long time.
The Right Guys price was half of another company we received earlier, so I’m happy to say that check them out. The office staff are also very professional and respectful.
I came home to find water was all over my bathroom and hall floor. My home warranty sent Right Guys Plumbing and HVAC. They were so quick to respond to my needs. Jonathan was courteous and respectful. He respected my home and kept me informed of what needed to be done and how he would handle it. He was very supportive and took excellent care of the problem. One week later I had a separate problem and Jonathan was sent back to me for that problem. Again he was wonderful. He found the source of the problem and fixed it very quickly.
