As I wrote in a previous review, the workmanship and clean-up were outstanding. However I noticed that the wind-driven exhaust fan in the roof was not re-installed quite right, and when other fans on my street are turning, mine isn't. It's unfortunate that the fan, as a free source of at least some cooling, is not working properly. I reported this to ORC several days ago, but have received no reply :-)

A company that truly stands behind its work!
I couldn't be happy with our experience! We had a roof replaced almost 2 years ago and when a recent roof inspection revealed eight broken tiles, I reached out to the roofing salesman. He personally came out to inspect the roof and approved the repairs under warranty I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy company who delivers not only quality work but also outstanding customer service they have earned my trust and a well-deserved five star review
Great company and people to do business with. They were the only company that was will to only a section of the roof without all the pressure to do the whole thing. We procrastinated for months and when we were finally ready to move forward, they honored our original estimate. They were done in 2 days. Very thorough, detailed and zero mess left behind.. Our section sat right above our pool and they tarped it off great. Their communications, status updates back and forth along with their updates with pictures was awesome. The foreman that they sent was very kind and professional. Thank you TORC we wont hesitate to use you again when were ready to finish the job as well… read full review
