I couldn't be more pleased with The Original Roofing Company and Toni, their GM. Huge thanks to Toni and her team, they helped my friend get his leaky roof fixed quickly and efficiently. Toni's straightforward approach and expertise made the whole process smooth for my friend and his wife. Had $1600 roof repair. Made payment arrangements in advance. When the job was complete the work was amazing. However, next day on my way topay for the job as arranged, I received a certified letter in the mail with "INTENT TO LIEN" notice. They threatened a new customer with a line even though payment received as arranged the day after work was completed. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. This is just rude and very poor Customer service!!!!!
