Thank you so much for your help we bought our food truck here and we had some issues with AC I had never experienced such an easy warranty process, to be honest I had no hope I have been lied to in the past so my expectations were not very high but I can truly say it was such an easy process to get the truck looked at and getting it back so I don’t miss out any work day thank you!! Overall, my experience purchasing my mobile food trailer was positive. There were a few communication issues during the process, and a small error was made along the way, but it was handled and resolved quickly by the company. I really appreciated how fast they stepped in to correct the situation and prevent any further delays. I will be back when it’s time for the upgrade. 😊
