Looking at the previous reviews there seems to be vastly different experiences. My experience was exceptional. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and at no time did I feel pressured or influenced. My experience actually began last fall when I first considered upgrading my trailer. I met Kirk and he patiently showed us many options, allowing us time to discuss and think about what we wanted to do. In the end we left the dealership with Kirk’s card and no promise to return. We didn’t buy a trailer last fall but what we appreciated was there was no pressure and no relentless follow up calls. We had our new trailer delivered on the May long weekend. After being in it for 4 or 5 days, we noticed some warranty issues with the trailer and contacted the service department. They picked up the trailer from our seasonal site within a couple of days, serviced it and then did a thorough walk through with us again, before delivering the trailer back to our seasonal site again. The service department (Rimas, Kelly, and nice lady at the service desk) were all really great. They were friendly, patient and so helpful and we are so grateful.
