The Cooling Company is an extremely professional company. As someone who has used many HVAC companies over the years for my home and business, the Cooling Company has been by far the best one to use. I receive a text message with a photo of the technician. Edgar always arrives at said time. Edgar is very thorough and will catch things that potentially will break in the near future. Their prices are also affordable. I highly recommend The Cooling Company

My service tech Edgar was on time, respectful of my home and efficient. He happily answered and explained any questions I had and gave honest assessment of my unit. I was concerned because unit is older, but he never tried to immediately recommend replacement just cuz it’s old and honestly told me what I’m dealing with for the future.
I purchased the one year maintenance plan as I feel confident in Cooling Company doing a great job with my future needs.
