I never think to leave a review for Doctors, but Dr. Woo deserves it. Going to an office and receiving care these days feels like bringing a car into a chop shop. There is very little communication and patient care. It is the exact opposite at the Contact Lens Institute of Nevada. I received personal attention and care from the moment I called to the moment I am writing this review. Dr. Woo answered questions that I didn’t even think to ask which I find to be a comforting rarity as of late. Open transparency, attention to detail, one on one focus, and fast response in communication are all things that bring the level of care at this office to 5 stars. Highly recommend!
I just want to say that Dr. Woo is the best of the best in scleral lenses. For individuals like myself with keratoconus and having a corneal transplant done on both of my eyes, i have struggled going from one specialist to another and end up with the same results, a set of sclerals that will either fell out with quick movements or where very uncomfortable. That changed when I went to Dr. Woo, office, this Dr was able to fit me with a pair of sclerals that feel very comfortable, and i am able to see perfectly.
