I had a thoroughly good experience, except the kiosk wouldn't let me check in more than 15 minutes early. What's the point of that? The appointment time is still the same. I know You don't manufacture the machine yourself, but unless there's a good reason for that, maybe You should shop around when You need a new kiosk. What if there's a long line at the kiosk, and by the time You get up there, it's too late and your appointment is canceled?
Pros: Professional, polite, and efficient staff. Clean, orderly and tidy office/clinic. Ophthalmologist who examined my eyes, listened to me and answered my questions.
Cons: Lack of attention to detail, accuracy and continuity in some information regarding my primary medical care provider in my record. The issue was corrected when I pointed it out.
The Ophthalmologist entered the exam room. He introduced himself, but did not introduce the other two people who entered the room and remained during the entirety of the exam. The solution is simple. Take a moments and introduce the others and their reason for them being present.
Started going going to NEP after having a cornea transplant at UCLA, Dr. Aldave at UCLA gave me the referral to NEP. On my first visit to NEP office I walked in with a white cane, I was legally blind. I did all kind of testing and after Dr. Neibaur did the examination of my eyes and gave me the diagnosis, I was diagnosed with glaucoma and extreme dryness of the eyes. Dr. Neibaur started treating me for glaucoma and dryness of the eyes. During the treatment Dr. Neibaur encountered many challenges with my diagnosis. There was times that eye drops will just stopped working or glaucoma was not under control, starting new eye drops meant that I could have an allergic reaction...read full review
