The whole staff at adult medicine was great but Dr. Shahmarian and her assistant were absolutely fantastic. She listens and cares as well as follows up. The is the doctor you have always wanted.

I always enjoy my visits with my primary doctor,Patrick Tawil, most people do not like to go to the doctor anyway but when I go to Southwest Medical on Tenaya I always feel comfortable and I'm always checked in quickly and my primary doctor always spends time with me and answers all my questions and never rushes me out of the office and that is so important to me! I also work in the medical profession and it is so important to show compassion to your patients. This is the only doctor's office that I feel comfortable going to and my blood pressure is always good even going to the doctor there because everyone works together and makes you feel at ease.
