Tenaya Healthcare Center is a facility where many patients feel very comfortable and highly recommend it. The staff is excellent, very accommodating, and wonderful. Patients report never having a problem with requesting appointments or sending messages. The physicians and providers are described as awesome, great, excellent, kind, courteous, caring, and very knowledgeable. They listen to what patients have to say, want to fix issues, give the best advice, and do not give up on finding underlying problems. The check-in process at the urgent care is very quick, with treatment beginning right away. The center also offers convenient on-site x-rays and lab services. Many patients have been with this care provider for years and report being very satisfied and happy.
Love this Medical Center. ALL Care is provided in a proficient & professional manner. Appointments on my time & scheduled are to fit me. All results from yearly check ups to neede Specialist.. A one stop medical facility... I am very happy with my care, the Doctors & all Staff members
The whole staff at adult medicine was great but Dr. Shahmarian and her assistant were absolutely fantastic. She listens and cares as well as follows up. The is the doctor you have always wanted.
I always enjoy my visits with my primary doctor,Patrick Tawil, most people do not like to go to the doctor anyway but when I go to Southwest Medical on Tenaya I always feel comfortable and I'm always checked in quickly and my primary doctor always spends time with me and answers all my questions and never rushes me out of the office and that is so important to me! I also work in the medical profession and it is so important to show compassion to your patients. This is the only doctor's office that I feel comfortable going to and my blood pressure is always good even going to the doctor there because everyone works together and makes you feel at ease.
