The doctor just barely checked me and barely asked any questions as of what my visit was about, all rushed, not very interested and not very informative as to the treatment. His staff is top notch though, those ladies are quick and attentive. I will not be coming back there, if you are looking for a doctor that gives good information and care I would not go to Dr. Faris unfortunately.

I called on Monday for an urgent appointment and had to leave a voicemail. They called back the same day and they got me in on Thursday. I got the first appointment of the morning. The staff are kind, considerate, and did all they could to address my medical issue which now includes an endoscopy with dilation on this coming Monday, one week since I contacted the office, which I greatly appreciate as I am at the point that I cannot eat anything and am losing weight quickly. I am still recovering from pneumonia 2 months ago, so this is taking a huge toll on my health. They saw the urgency and acted accordingly. Dr. Faris listens and is thorough. I have gone to Dr Faris for over 20 years. Very through, cares for his patients with great detail, explained every detail of results and is very kind. I’ve never seen the office dirty. He takes the time to explain what test results mean. If office staff appears overworked, they may be however he sees many patients each day… indicates his knowledge and time are important to each patient he sees.
