We came as a party of 3 and all 3 of us had a great experience! Unfortunately I don't remember my girls name but all 3 did an amazing job! Very detailed explanation as to what's going on with our roots and how to better take care of our hair afterward. It was relaxing and we will definitely be returning!

Sad that I had to change my 5-star review to 1 star . I’d give zero if it were an option. There is nothing worse than dealing with a business that isn’t willing to accommodate a repeat customer who has never been late before. I arrived right at the end of the 15-minute grace period. As soon as I walked in, I was told they had to call a manager because it had “just turned” 8:06. I explained that when I entered, I was still within the grace window, but I was told I had already been marked as a no-show and that they had already cleaned up. After waiting while she checked with the manager, I was told they would not perform the service. I apologized for being slightly late and explained that I drove 45 minutes for this appointment and that this was my only availability for weeks. I even offered to accept a shorter service for the full price if they could accommodate me at all. Instead, I was simply told I had two options: reschedule or receive a refund for my deposit. What was most disappointing is that they had appointment options available as late as 8:00 PM when booking, so it felt less about policy and more about wanting to close early. Customer service means supporting loyal, repeat clients when reasonable, especially when they truly need it. Unfortunately, this experience has completely lost my business, and I won’t be returning.

Had a great time today with Sasha! She was very informative and took time to make sure I understood everything. A very relaxing and calming experience overall!

Pro tip: Get there early as parking in the area is an absolute mess.

Had an amazing experience at Tea Scalp Hair Spa!! I went with my mom for a relaxing mother daughter experience and I would highly recommend visiting. I was debating between a few different hair spas but ultimately decided to go here based off reviews and because I love Milbon. I had Lauren and my mom had Riley, and both ladies were extremely lovely and kind. Lauren was soooo sweet, gentle, and she did the treatment so professionally. My mom said Riley was very caring and did the treatment extremely well too. Definitely recommend this spot!

I had a fantastic experience with Chantal for the signature treatment. Started with a discussion on my concerns, took photos of my scalp before treatment, and explained exactly what was going to happen. The treatment itself was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life! Highly recommend.

I did the deep scalp treatment and my head has never felt so clean. Danielle was my tech and she was amazing. She took her time and wouldn’t let me leave unless my hair was completely perfect and the way I wanted it.
