Tracy answered most of my questions and was knowledgeable. In my situation, she charges $315 for amendments and $315 for regular tax filing. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because some remarks she made felt condescending in the name of being honest, and as a person of color it made me feel like her services are only for people who make a lot of money. Would still recommend to anybody who fits her target consumer

My dad, brother, and I have been raving about Tracy Janssen for years. We recently realized we’ve all been using her to do our taxes. She makes even the most complex tax situations seem effortless. Targeted Tax Relief is awesome. Tracy J. is a true professional, and a friendly, patient, knowledgeable one.I haven’t actually hired them yet, as my purpose in contacting them was to get some questions (that I could not get answers to from the new tax preparer I had just used to file 3 yrs’ of back taxes) answered.Tracy graciously answered all my questions and then some. And I wasn’t even a client yet.
