The best thing I can say about Tails is I absolutely trust them. My Great Dane Hulk has fun playing and I like the fact I can bring his bed and chews from home so he’s comfortable when he sleeps at night. My beloved was clearly HAPPY to be there! He loved the play all day and sleep all night resort. I kind of figured he misbehaved at some point because he is QUITE mischievous at home but the photos provided showed that my beloved SHAKA was having a GREAT time. ALSO My air travel became very discombobulated and I (at one point) was stranded at the airport overnight. HOWEVER the airline came through and had me continue my trip. The calls to the resort were comforting because I did not want them to think I was abandoning my beloved SHAKA...NEVER.. I missed him more than he missed me. Thank you to all the staff members! We are so happy to see that our dog was well taken care of! He loves the daycare! The staff is so loving and really shows they care about my Nugget! We love the fact that they send a report card with pictures!! Thank you Tails pet resort!
