My husband researched a dozen of companies that also had good reviews on Yelp and a few came to give us an estimate. All were very nice and professional but Ken was the best of the best. He is friendly and professional and trustworthy. The quality of materials used were exactly what he showed from the beginning. Payment process was straightforward we just paid in full when the job is finished. They were very organized and clean up afterwards. Staffs were polite and respectful. We could tell that they take their job seriously because of the way they carefully did every step. We will enjoy our back yard for many years to come and will always remember this company.

Patrick, Ken, and the crew provided world-class service. From the initial review, quote, installation and clean-up they did what they said they would do. They kept me up to date on the entire process, answered all of my questions and reviewed the entire area when they finished. They also repaired my drip spouts, rerouted my water pipes, and got my sprinkler system to work again. I absolutely recommend them and will hire them again to complete another landscaping project.

I can't say enough good things about this business. I liked them from the start. When investigating what the process of installing turf would be, I reached out to a few companies. Ken responded within 20 minutes. He was helpful explaining the process, showing eagerness to do the job, but wasn't pushy in any way. He was helpful in filling out all paperwork required for my HOA. The cost for the job was fairly priced. The installation itself was done in one day. The guys doing the work were as friendly as can be. Best of all, the turf looks beautiful.The best example of the value I got is this: A week after the job I had some issue with my sprinkler system. I didn't know if it was due to the install or some repairs to the already-in-place system that my existing landscaper had worked on at the same time. I called Ken that day and even though they were in the middle of a job over two hours away and even though they didn't think they were the cause of the problem, four of them drove that distance the same afternoon to help determine the issue (which they were able to diagnose and fix within about 15 minutes). I don't know any other company which, in that situation, would go through that level of effort to ensure a customer's happiness.I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Patrick came out to give me a quote to replace the grass in my front yard with artificial turf. I had a few questions that he answered, he showed me the turf choices and then he got to work taking pictures of the area and doing measurements. I received a quote for the work within a few hours.Once my HOA approved the plans, I scheduled an installation date. They arrived on time and got right to work. They had everything completed, including programming the sprinkler system for my all my plants and the grass in the backyard, as well as explaining how to maintain the new turf, in less than a day. I love how it looks and feels to walk on! I could not be happier with Synthetic Lawns and have already recommended them to several people.

We got a good feeling about Synthetic Lawns when Patrick came over to answer our questions, then we received a quote via email soon after. The workers arrived on time, cleaned up and completed the task on time. Any questions were quickly responded to via email. Very professional and thorough company. They removed grass, removed a fire pit, fixed our water pipe and put down artificial turf. In addition, they provided clear maintenance instructions. The job was completed in a day and a quarter. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

I can’t say enough good things about Ken and Patrick of Synthetic Lawns of Las Vegas. They delivered a quality product on time and with absolutely no stress. They were very easy to deal with. It was a pleasant surprise to use a company who actually cares about their customers and the quality of their work.
