Chris is the best! I'm a prior athlete so wear and tear on the body is constant! Finding individualized care and the understanding of one's specific needs is hard to find. Look no further than Methods Massage. I always look forward to my body work appointments. Highly recommend!
Chris is absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable and professional. He has a lot of knowledge and willing to answer and questions you may have.He asks what are your concerns and works from there adds a different area if he thinks needed. 1000 percent recommend.
Great massage therapist! Really good strong hands and knows where to find the areas that need work. He's a level 2 Fascial stretch therapist also so he knows how to stretch you out really good as well. Cupping is available if you want it
