The check-in process is smooth. The lady who cut my hair was rude. But it is SuperCuts. She wanted to color my hair despite my specifically requesting a $25 haircut only. But She trimmed my hair, it looked ok - it was what it was.
If you want good service this location isn't for you. But if you want an efficient haircut and don't mind the rude hair cutter, it's fine.
I wish I could give lora the Russian lady 5 stars but I showed her the pic of the haircut I wanted I told her exactly like the photo and she twisted my words saying I didn't tell her I wanted a fine line for my son's left side of the head that the haircut has she totally did what she wanted I gave her $5 tip which was just for cutting my son's hair and not leaving him looking dumb but not the hair cut I asked for she needs to do what the client says not what she thinks goes not ok added a photo of what I wanted lady is nice but the fact that she told me I didn't tell her yeah no not coming back and doing my kids hair with her nor mine hope she gets this message so she...read full review
Stylist: Esther did a fabulous job, I was apprehensive to get a hair cut as I've had bad experiences in the past. Either too short or done poorly. But Ester made me feel confident with my new hair cut. :)
