I mostly deal with NP Jessica Lucero, and she is a wonderful medical professional. She is caring, thorough, intelligent, experienced, and has excellent communication skills. It has been a huge relief to find someone so excellent for my GP. As far as Sundance Medical, it is often hard for me to get them on the phone as they are very busy. It has been impossible for me to see them on any short notice, I always have to book an appt for 7-14 days out or more. When I get there the staff is reasonably friendly, and moderately helpful, and I do not wait long to be called in. I adore Doctors Striblen and Lucero, I've been seeing Dr. Striblen for over 15 years, but the front office staff are abysmal. My medical bills are still sent to an old address after over 5 years of trying to correct. Bills are received when they're almost to collections after being told in office that I owe nothing. Scheduling is difficult and it's a constant game of phone tag to reach a doctor. The doctors in the facility are fantastic but they need better front staff for sure, they obviously don't care about the patients.

There seems to be an issue with the front desk people but other than that I can't complain. Heather Harris is attentive, sympathetic, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes her time at every visit to answer any questions at all. Other than a few payment issues and referral mistakes that were corrected this place is ok for a general practitioner
