Sundance Medical Center is a satisfactory preferred care provider with excellent medical professionals. Patients describe the healthcare providers as caring, thorough, intelligent, and attentive, with excellent communication skills. While there may be some issues with the front desk staff and wait times, the medical staff is reasonably friendly and moderately helpful. Patients appreciate the time taken to answer questions and the calm bedside manner of some providers. Despite some minor issues with payment and referrals, patients are generally satisfied with the level of care received. Heather Harris is particularly praised as an attentive and sympathetic doctor who makes patients feel heard and acts in their best interest. Heather Harris, NP, is a compassionate, thorough healthcare professional with a huge following, often making time to see patients even when fully booked.
The wait to see Dr. Striblen was over three months, however, I've learned that the shortage of NV doctors makes new patients wait at least three months or longer to see a doctor no matter where in Las Vegas you live. Once you get in as a new patient at Sundance Medical Center, though, getting an appointment is much easier.

I see Dr. Striblen and I don't have complaints about him. The place seems busy and last time it took me almost an hour before I saw him from my appointment time. Which leads me to my actual complaints about the place. The front office seems like a mess. Maybe they've overscheduling or not tracking schedules very well. I had to move an appointment. But they seem to have forgotten to cancel the old one. So they send me a bill for not showing up to the one they forgot to cancel. When I called billing they accused me of lying and said it was my fault for not making sure they actually cancelled my appointment I asked them to move. I have been a patient of Jessica Lucero, PA, for about 20 years! She listens with intention and knows what tests to have run for diagnosis, and schedules a follow up.
Yes, you will have to wait past your appointment time. Be patient, our Las Vegas valley has grown a lot in 20 years. The staff sees a lot of people in one day, be patient and kind.
