I recently had my home heat pump serviced by Summit service technicians. Chris, Cosmo, and Bill were professional but personable. I was amazed that they could carry on a cordial conversation while working. Chris replaced a motor in the inside unit, while Cosmo pointed out to me that the thermostat wire outside was exposed to the elements. He then covered the wire so that it would no longer be exposed. Chris and Darrell were great!=That was the good. Not being put on a schedule for repairs in a timely manner. Your company using another country to answer your phones just made a bad situation worse. Very hard to understand one another. =The bad. The five stars are for Chris and Darrell. They rectified someone else screw up, and restore faith some good is left with this company after transition. If it wasn't for the caring, getting the job done right, and being good human beings, this would be a 1* review. Thank you.
